- Itinerary :
We start from Ouarzazate and drive to Taznakht, a Berber village famous for carpets and saffron. After visiting a local cooperative, we continue to Foum Zguid, where you can see an old kasbah and small village life. From here, we enter the desert and drive across rocky paths to the Iriki dry lake. Dinner and overnight in a desert camp near Iriki with music under the stars.
After breakfast, we drive deeper into the Sahara to reach the high Chegaga dunes, some of the largest and wildest in Morocco. In the afternoon, you can enjoy a camel ride to watch the sunset over the dunes. Dinner and overnight in a desert camp at Chegaga.
Today we explore the desert and its life. Visit a small oasis in the dunes, meet nomad families, and drink tea with them. Stop at a nomad school to see how children study in the desert. In the afternoon, you can ride camels or relax in the dunes. Overnight in the Chegaga desert camp.
After breakfast, we leave the Chegaga dunes and drive to Mhamid, the last desert village. Then we follow the Draa Valley, full of palm trees and kasbahs, stopping in Zagora and Agdz. Overnight in a hotel or guesthouse in Agdz.
On the last day, we continue through the Draa Valley and the mountains back to Ouarzazate, enjoying the views along the way. The tour ends in the afternoon at your hotel or riad.
