Begin your adventure with a 9:00 AM departure from Foum Zguid in a comfortable 4×4 vehicle. Travel south, navigating the scenic Elmadouar Mountains and crossing the historic Rally Dakar Piste. Your first stop is Lmagsam, where you’ll explore ancient rock engravings that depict nomadic life in the Sahara. Afterward, visit fossil sites to discover the area’s rich geological history. Continue your drive across Lake Iriki to reach Bivouac les Nomades, nestled among the stunning Erg Chegaga sand dunes. As evening falls, ascend a nearby dune to witness a breathtaking sunset.
