Our Sahara Trip start from Foum Zguid to Chegaga Sahara desert, enjoy a camel ride and spend a wonderful night at "Bivouac les nomades". Then you will ride a camel to reach Iriki lake where you will spend the second night in a guest house. From there, your Morocco Sahara trip continues to discover the Chagags dunes and back to Foum Zguid.

The Morocco Sahara Tour will start from Foum Zguid towards "Bivouac les Nomades" in the great dunes of Lake Iriki. We will cross "the tajine mountains" and visit the fossils. You will discover the large dry lake Iriki. For a magical night at "Bivouac les Nomades" in the middle of the desert dunes of Lake Iriki. Enjoying the camel ride and sun set in the chegaga dunes. The second day will be reserved for a visit to the nomadic school. Also discover the authentic houses. Return to Foum Zguid.

Our Morocco desert tour will depart from Foum Zguid to spend a magical night in the Chegaga dunes. Tour crossing the dry salt lake of Iriki, to reach the desert camp near the largest dunes of Chegaga. Collect some fossils. Explore the largest dunes in Morocco - Erg Chegaga and its charm. Admiring the sunset in the chegaga dunes, enjoy a wonderful night under the stars. The second day you will admire the sunrise in the dunes of Chegaga, then return to the village of Foum zguid. Does not fail to visit the school of the nomads!

Desert trekking - beginner level

One of our biggest goals is to create great desert experience for everybody. Even if you are not doing a lot of sports, you are traveling with your kids, or you are bit older - no problem. All our beginner tours keep that in mind, but they are not less beautiful than our other desert trekking tours. All you need are some comfortable, good shoes, a small backpack for your personal belongings and comfortable clothes for different layers. But most important, you have to bring the will to have a good time in the desert.

Desert trekking - medium level

We created the tours with medium level for everybody who wants to go a bit deeper to the desert. You need a normal fitness level and it would be great if you already have experience in hiking and trekking. No special equipment needed. Bring comfortable clothes for different layers - during the night and in the morning it can be quite chilly in the desert. A good and solid pair of shoes that you can walk in comfortable are also necessary. The distances we walk can be a bit longer and the terrain a little bit uneven. The perfect way to enjoy and discover the desert by feet. If you are not sure, if a tour is right for you, please contact us and we will choose the perfect tour together with you.

Desert trekking - advanced level

There are people who want more, they want more adventure, more of the desert, a more challenging experience! You are one of them? Great! We have the perfect desert trekking adventures - also for you. Sahara trekkings that not everybody can do. We are walking far distances, straight to the sand dunes, crossing the whole lake Iriki and hiking and clinbing in the mountains. The region of the Foum Zguid desert shows you a wide range of different landscapes. It will be exhausting, challenging - but it will be also one of the best times in your life. You need a very good fitness level and experience in walking far distances with a heavy backpack that carries your personal belongings. You also need some equipment - we will provide you with details for each tour.
